Description of volunteering:
Carrying out evaluation processes to improve the training content and the professionalism of the instructors in the various trainings.
The position includes conducting observations and providing feedback regarding the facilitators and the content of the trainings, facilitating team meetings and trainings as well as implementing methods and organizational structures among the team.

- Applications for 2 training sessions per month, approximately 5 to 8 hours per month.
Experience of 5 years or more in leading groups

- Ability to give feedback in an empathetic but real way, in a constructive and honest way
-Experience in providing feedback on guidance and training (advantage)
Mandatory requirements for joining
- Personal adjustment interview pass
- Mandatory course that includes training of 2 sessions (each session about 3 hours)
