A few months ago, we faced a severe economic crisis, due to debts to various creditors.

One of the reasons for the crisis was a decline in my ability to make a living due to the cancer I was diagnosed with.

The creditors foreclosed on us and the bank did not show tolerance and cooperation towards us.

We felt the ground drop beneath our feet.

Unfortunately, we were looking for a financial coach to guide us to deal with the crisis.

We started working with a private trainer and saw that it was absurd that in difficult times like these we had to pay money that we currently don’t have.

At one of the meetings at HaPlus in the Sixties, I shared with one of the counselors and asked about the possibility of getting help on their behalf.

Indeed, she referred us to the coordinator of the Paamonim program at the Center of Life and Employment.

In our introductory conversation with her, we were very impressed and decided to work with her.

Within a short time, about four months after reflecting income, expenses and debts, we moved on to carrying out the recovery plan.

In the recovery plan, we received detailed guidance on the steps to clear the heavy debts within the coming year.

The coordinator was the right person at the right time, in the difficult days we experienced we didn’t expect anyone better.

We discovered a sensitive and respectful person, empathetic, non-judgmental, sensitive and professional and very committed to the process.

Sorry we found ourselves in a crisis, but glad we met the hub – the light at the end of the tunnel.

There are no words to thank you, the coordinator who accompanied us, moving us from darkness to light.
