The game is based on the all-time favorite ‘Quartet’, teaching basic money concepts as a foundation for financial education for youngsters. The game comprises 40 cards underlining financial concepts and offer an opportunity to discuss money elements with youngsters.
Instructions
Download the file, print and cut the cards of each game.
Shuffle the cards, and deal 4 cards to a participant.
The remaining cards are kept in a pot.
The objective of the game is to complete maximum series containing 4 cards based on relevant themes.
How to play:
Each player in turn asks the other participants whether they have a card he/she- is missing and requires to complete a series.
If they answered “positively”, you can ask about the card you are missing and need.
If given the requested card, you can then ask other participants for additional cards required to complete a quartet series. If they do not give you a card, you will need to take a card from the pot and the next player proceeds. The winner is the player with the highest number of quartets
